General
To shop at Destination Österlen AB, you must be 18 years old or have a parent's consent. Items added to the shopping cart are not reserved until you have completed the order and received it confirmed.

Minimum order value
The minimum order value is currently SEK 100.

Ordering
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address. If there is any information that is not correct in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately via e-mail info@osterlen.se.

Shipment
Our normal delivery times are 3-6 working days. Orders placed on the weekend are sent no earlier than the following Monday. All packages are delivered by Postnord. Free shipping within Sweden when you shop for at least SEK 599, otherwise SEK 49 per order.

If your package disappears during delivery
We at Destination Österlen AB are not responsible for whether PostNord loses a package during delivery. Should this happen in the unlikely event, we will refund 30% of the order value to the customer as compensation.

Uncollected packages
Shipments that are returned unredeemed to Destination Österlen AB are not the same as returns. We charge SEK 299 for unredeemed packages.

Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list or errors in price due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

Return Policy
When buying goods on the website, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you receive an item that you ordered.

When exercising the right of withdrawal
You must report that you have regretted it. The message must be sent to info@osterlen.se
In the message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number, and which goods the return refers to must be clearly stated. You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the regret message. You are responsible for return shipping (49 SEK). You are responsible for delivery and condition of the products upon return. The products should therefore be sent well-packaged and unused to Destination Österlen AB Storgatan 25, 272 31 Simrishamn. Attach your contact information and order number. We will refund your item in the same account you specified when ordering.

The right of withdrawal does not apply
On our live sales via Instagram as this counts as a special order.
If more than 14 days have passed since you received your product.
If the product is not returned to us in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer.

Complaints and complaints
We always do an ocular inspection of our products before they are sent away. Should the product still be damaged when it arrives, we undertake in accordance with current consumer protection legislation to rectify the fault free of charge. These circumstances can be, for example, labor dispute, fire, war, government decision, reduced or non-delivery from supplier. We reserve the right to make printing errors on this website and the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as some color differences may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible.
