We run in fantastic environments on Österlen, with personal guidance on site and tips on
running technique. We alternate with intervals, strength & terrain training. We end with a lovely
stretch yoga & lunch on local ingredients and delicacies. It will be curious about
the place and tips about Österlen. You have clothes & shoes according to the weather.
