Tofu with paprika salad

“Sometimes hot food is really good. Here is served delicious browned chilitofu with cold paprika salad. For that, it fits with a spoonful of yogurt that also cools if needed! ”

Do this:

  1. Season and fry tofu in coconut oil to get a nice golden color. Chop chilli and fry with tofu.
  2. Meanwhile, divide the paprika into pieces and shred nicely on the length. Chop chilli and mix together for a salad.
  3. Add paprika salad with the warm tofu pieces.

Serve with a click of yogurt!

NUMBER OF grams of tofu
2 tsp paprika powder
1 teaspoon Chile & Pepper (Spicemaster)
½ red fresh chilli
1-2 tablespoon coconut oil extra virgin

pepper Salad
450 grams of pepper (red, green and yellow)
20 cm leeks
½ fresh red chilli

2 dl yogurt - Greek or Turkish (10%)
