- Chop a proper fist mint. Stir the yoghurt smoothly and turn in the coin.
- Cut off the shell of the clementine and cut into slits and pieces.
- Warm the raspberries and turn the clementine pieces.
- Serve the yogurt with raspberries and clementine sauce. Top with some whole raspberries and mint!

“Clementin belongs to Christmas. Here is my breakfast on a little Christmas with fresh mint and hot raspberries for the yogurt. It is nice to serve as a right of evening, even if it will be late with everything that needs to be arranged with pats and rhyme.

2 portions
3XNll of yogurt (Greek or Turkish 4%)
1 bundle of fresh mint (or 1-2 teaspoon of mint)
2 ml raspberries
12 clementines
