Chicken steaks with tomato salsa

“Chicken mince is nice to cook as a change, and these fried steaks are basically never dry as a fillet sometimes tends to be. Homemade tomato sauce gives the dish a tasty lift. Put the whole pan on the table and serve! ”

Do this:

  1. Season the mince with garlic powder, cumin and black pepper. Mold into steaks and saute pan in pan until they have a nice surface.
  2. Roast chopped leeks glossy in olive oil and add the shared fresh tomatoes and canned tomatoes. Season with the dried spices and even chopped basil. Simmer until the steaks are ready.
  3. Place the steaks in the tomato sauce and place basil leaves as garnish on the dish.
  4. Prepare the whole pan and let yourself taste!

800 g chicken mince
1-2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon black pepper
One click unsalted butter
20 cm leeks
4 fresh tomatoes
1 jar crushed tomato can
Pinch of Black Pepper
1 tsp Paprika powder
1 teaspoon Garlic & Herbs (Spicemaster)
2 tablespoon Olive oil
bunch of fresh basil
