Chicken with fried cauliflower

Do this:

  1. Season the chicken and fry in pan or oven until it is cooked through and has a nice color.
  2. Divide the cauliflower into smaller “trees” and cook in water for a few minutes. Then pour off the water.
  3. Fry the cauliflower in butter and season with black pepper and the herb mixture. Pour over the sunflower seeds and toast in the pan along with the cauliflower.
  4. Slice red cabbage thinly into whole slices. It will be beautiful to put together with chicken and cauliflower. Garnish with thyme.
