- Mix the turkey pears with spices and herbs and then roll the buns. Fry golden brown in butter.
- Slice the cabbage finely, peel the apple and dice into pieces. Divide the cucumber lengthwise and cut away the middle. Cut into smaller pieces.
- Stir in the yogurt and season with a hearty fist chopped fresh mint and a pinch of black pepper. Mix in apple, cucumber and cabbage. Taste.
- Melted butter and season with cardamom. Pour in the cores and roast until they get a little color.
Serve the turkey buns with the cabbage salad and sprinkle over the pumpkin seeds!
