Cabbage in box

Do this:

  1. Slice the cabbage and divide into pieces. Shred the leek. Core and dice the apples.
  2. Fry the cabbage in butter in a large pan. Turn in pujoleks and apple.
  3. Place half of the cabbage in the bottom in a baking dish.
  4. Season the chicken ferment and place it over the cabbage mixture in the mold.
  5. Add the rest of the cabbage mixture over the pulp, cover and compress slightly.
  6. Insert in the oven at 175 degrees and fry for about 45 minutes
  7. Stir the lingonberry into a small saucepan with some water to make them warm. It is just as good to serve the lingon cold and uncooked.

Serve the cabbage pudding with lingonberry.

750 grams of chicken ferment
Nine grams of cabbage
10 cm leeks
3 Swedish apples
½ teaspoon white pepper
2-3 teaspoons Garlic & Herbs (Santa Maria)
A big click of butter

XNUMBER of fresh lingonberries
1 cups water
