Health and wellbeing
Our health is the result of our daily choices that affect us in the short and long term. These choices include what we eat, how physical we are, how we handle stress, where we live, what kind of job we have, people we surround ourselves with, our relationships, choice of hygiene products and household items etc. It also includes how we react on life's thoughts, feelings and actions. We make many choices routinely, but it is when we make active choices that a change can take place.
I put your health in focus.
I have always worked with helping people around me with wellness as a basic idea. 2001 when I graduated as a massage therapist, I began to receive clients for massages, cures and SPA treatments. In the meeting with many clients with ill health and illness, curiosity has always been great on what causes imbalance in body and soul. During 2017 I myself was slowly but surely burnt out and tired but did not really understand why then the idea was that I myself had good knowledge in health and thought that I knew what my body needed. Only when I received help from a diet counselor could I become stronger and today the nutritional impact on the body and our cells has become the most important to me and a foundation for me in all my meetings with others who experience imbalance. Now I want to help and inspire you to a healthier lifestyle.
The question is what keeps us healthy?
One of the most important cornerstones of a healthy life for me is mainly diet and movement, sleep and relaxation. Self-care and SPA-rituals will always be very warm to my heart and therefore I am active and can offer you both SPA and massage treatments.
