Stuffed peppers with turkey, thyme & garlic

“Paprika becomes so sweet and nice when baked in oven. Slightly sooty in the edge, here filled with turkey spice with lovely scent of thyme. Whole garlic cloves also get a mild taste roasted in olive oil and the pepper juice. This dish is lit festively red on the table. ”
