Yoga, hiking, mindfulness at Österlen - STF Brantevik

In May, when the rapeseeds bloom and the trees are in greenery, you will encounter a fabulously beautiful and peaceful Österlen. Join us on a relaxing journey focusing on quiet yoga, mindfulness, happy fellowship and wonderfully restful walks.
For three days in May, we meet with yoga teacher Barbara Frilund-Ekberg in the spring in Österlen. We start the day with yoga or qigong as well as a good healthy breakfast. Then a quiet walk along the sea and in the beech forest awaits. During the walk, as we also meditate / do some exercise, we focus on our senses and impressions. The days go at a leisurely pace and you get your own time each day just to be, walk or go on your own exploration. Barbara has long experience of yoga, qigong and beautiful walks in nature. The yoga that is performed is calm physical hatha yoga and yinyoga, a slow yoga that stretches the muscles after the walk.
The price (SEK 5350) includes:
- 3 nights, part in twin room without sink (supplement for other room types)
- Bed linen, towel and final cleaning
- Full board (vegetarian breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee)
- 6 - 8 workouts with yoga / qigong
