Experience a tribute this spring. Our chef has composed a delicious four-course asparagus and fish menu for Saturday, May 16.

MENU

  1. Lightly roasted sea lobster starts with raw planed asparagus, garnished with algrom, herbs and foamy green asparagus soup
  2. Steamed white asparagus with asparagus butter sauce, topped with stone chunks. Served with baked char and grilled mullet
  3. Baked cod dumpling with roasted green asparagus, served with onion sands fjord sauce and asparagus risotto croquettes
  4. Spice boiled rhubarb with white asparagus ice cream and Marcona almonds
