Asparagus Evening - A Tribute to Spring - Buhres

Experience a tribute this spring. Our chef has composed a delicious four-course asparagus and fish menu for Saturday, May 16.
- Lightly roasted sea lobster starts with raw planed asparagus, garnished with algrom, herbs and foamy green asparagus soup
- Steamed white asparagus with asparagus butter sauce, topped with stone chunks. Served with baked char and grilled mullet
- Baked cod dumpling with roasted green asparagus, served with onion sands fjord sauce and asparagus risotto croquettes
- Spice boiled rhubarb with white asparagus ice cream and Marcona almonds
