Pralink course 1,5 - 2 hours at Cake Cowboy

Here we learn how to make ganache create emulsion. To fill ready-made shells, roll in chocolate, decorate with nuts, seeds, cocoa. Make a brunch that is very easy to make. We go through how to temper chocolate.
You get a recipe booklet and about 20-25 stalins that you yourself made to bring home.

Going for a course at Cake Cowboy should be a journey to meet raw materials, chocolate to learn how to put together the different parts. Understanding how raw materials work to temperatures. Where we can create from ourselves. Where you are in focus so that you will learn how to make mistakes, how much you want. Because that is when we learn how to remove ourselves from a fault to make it right.
During the courses I will teach you about chocolate to pastry based on my knowledge. Where I get to share my knowledge that I have learned during my just over 20 years as a pastry chef, baker and chef. And be allowed to teach you and learn my greatest passion.
