Known Österlen profile goes against the stream and is investing in classic food.

Linus Persson who has been running popular for the past 6 years A fork card in Simrishamn opens the 5 July Restaurant Örum 119.

The focus of the new restaurant will be the classic kitchen, with a modern twist, based on local produce from land and sea and with its own kitchen garden.

In the garden plot grows bean beans, artichokes, tuberous fennel and tip cabbage. All plants are front-grown by Åberg's Garden.

This summer, a fixed 3 course menu is served every evening Tuesday to Saturday. The number of patches is limited to 20. We want a close contact with the guests, a little home feeling.

First course
Smoked with Österlen spices and served with whiskers from Landskrona, umeshu and white miso.

Main course
From calf to ox! With Happy goat's goat's milk and variation on beetroot from the ear.

Dessert
Lean chocolate cream, foam on creme fraiche from Vitaby Kyrkby dairy, Köpingebros fennel in a meringue along with almonds & sour cherries.

Drink package with wine, champagne or alcohol-free.
