Experience a weekend with a focus on wellbeing through beautiful nature walks, meditation, well-balanced food and nice company.

Do you feel stressed? Do you feel that you can't do everything you need to do? Does it feel like you can't really relax and that the body says away?

You're not alone. Stress is one of today's biggest health problems. We invite you to jump off the stress wheels and treat yourself to a weekend focusing on yourself at Tryde 1303, the relaxing accommodation with the naturally good food. Here we take help from nature and from knowledge in health, well-being and psychology.

Together with Pamela Rojas, a licensed psychologist (with long experience working with stress-related mental illness) and yoga and meditation instructor, offers we have a weekend of relaxation, nature experiences, hiking, good food, meditation and reflection.
