Do you belong to the large crowd who do not really know how to get tofu in the best way? Take it easy, you're far from alone! Not sure where to start? No danger, come to me on cooking class!

In this course we work with tofu in several ways; solid tofu, silk cloth, dried, homemade and smoked tofu.
There will be a lot of recipes for snacks, dinner and dessert and cake.
I teach you my tricks and tips on how to get the rather boring bit of tofu to become magic in the kitchen. Good and easy to work with, I promise!

The course consists of a slightly more theoretical part where we talk about green food and a little thinking around it. Of course we also taste a lot! Then we head into the kitchen to cook a lot of food together.
We let ourselves be inspired by the world's spices and ingredients and combine it with what is around the corner.

Of course we show up all the delights at the end of the course so you can enjoy your good food together!
You get the recipes with you so that you can repeat your successes at home.

Practical information
The course suits everyone and inspiration is available for downloading whether you are a beginner or a lazy foodie! Come alone or with friends. The great thing about cooking together is that you always find new friends while the sauce cuts and the vegetables are chopped.
The courses are held in our restaurant kitchen at the Tastecelebration Residence in Andrarum, 9 km from Brösarp.
To maintain the personal touch, I have set a maximum number of 10 people per course.

Price
Each course costs SEK 1200 per person including joint dinner. The course is 4,5 hours and ends with a lovely intake of your home-made food afterwards.
Ev. you can buy barista coffee, wine, bubble or beer.

Course with bed
Combine the cooking course with sweet dreams at our farm hotel and breakfast for SEK 1725 per person (price for part in double room).

The course is conducted naturally free of eggs, lactose, meat, fish (100% herbal) and gluten. Do you have another allergy that I should know in advance? Tell us already when booking so that we can devise good recipes that fit!
