- Dice the tofu into smaller pieces.
- Tear the peel of a lemon and squeeze the juice from it.
- Season tofu with thyme, spices and lemon zest.
- Fry on fairly high heat so the pieces get nice color and pour over squeezed lemon.
- When the tofu is almost done, put in the green beans in the pan and fry with the last minutes.
Taste and season further with chopped thyme and lemon juice if needed. Serve!
