Lemon tofu with herbs & green beans

“Lemon is really a favorite that is often included in my cooking. Here it will be so nice together with the herbs and the burnt surface of the tofu. Tofun was not included in my childhood, but I have learned to enjoy this green dish lately. ”

Do this:

  1. Dice the tofu into smaller pieces.
  2. Tear the peel of a lemon and squeeze the juice from it.
  3. Season tofu with thyme, spices and lemon zest.
  4. Fry on fairly high heat so the pieces get nice color and pour over squeezed lemon.
  5. When the tofu is almost done, put in the green beans in the pan and fry with the last minutes.

Taste and season further with chopped thyme and lemon juice if needed. Serve!

4 persons

800 g tofu
2 lemons
2 tablespoons Garlic & Herbs (Spicemaster)
1 fist fresh thyme
NUMBER of pinch of black pepper
600 g green beans - frozen thawed or lightly cooked fresh.
