Omelet with green peas & leeks

Do this:

  1. Melt the butter in a frying pan and pour into the whisked eggs.
  2. Season with black pepper and herbs.
  3. Finely chop the leek and stir in the eggs.

Fold the omelette and serve with lukewarm spinach and tomato in slits.

NUMBER OF eggs
NUMBER of green peas
10 cm leeks
1 click unsalted butter
NUMBER of pinch of black pepper
1 tsk French herbs
1 tsp oregano
2 tomatoes
2 fists of fresh spinach (alt. 1-2 dl frozen thawed).
