- Season the chicken and fry in pan or oven until it is cooked through and has a nice color.
- Divide the cauliflower into smaller “trees” and cook in water for a few minutes. Then pour off the water.
- Fry the cauliflower in butter and season with black pepper and the herb mixture. Pour over the sunflower seeds and toast in the pan along with the cauliflower.
- Slice red cabbage thinly into whole slices. It will be beautiful to put together with chicken and cauliflower. Garnish with thyme.
